2026 Thanksgiving Weekend Market

Kay Weber Presents Art & Craft Show

November 27th, 28th & 29th, 2026

Belle-Clair Fairgrounds, Belleville, IL

ENTRY FEE: 5’x8’ Space (room for 1 Table) ...$100 or 10’x10' Booth ...$250 Additional Charges: Tables (8x2) …….$10 Electric ……$15

 

  1. NO COMMERCIAL ITEMS will be sold or given away. Your product must be handcrafted by you.

  2. No raffles may be held. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during the show. 

  3. You must participate in ALL three days of the show.

  4. SET-UP TIME: Friday 11:00 am. You must claim your space by 1:30pm or it will be resold. Doors will be closed and locked at 1:30pm on Friday.

  5. Sunday doors will be opened at 8:30 am for church service. Doors will be opened for all exhibitors at 9:00 am. 

  6. NO displays are to be removed before 4:00 pm on SUNDAY. If this is not honored you will NOT be asked to return. 

  7. NO REFUNDS AFTER NOVEMBER 1, 2026.

  8. You may not sublet your space to anyone without my permission.

You may request up to 3 table spaces or 1 booth. While we will do our best to fulfill your request, it is not guarantee that you will receive it.

To secure your spot, please pay at the show within 1 week of show acceptance.

It is mutually agreed that the Kay Weber Presents will not be held liable for any loss sustained by the exhibitor in any manner whatsoever. It is further mutually agreed that all the conditions enumerated above are made part of the contract. By signing and submitting this application, you are stating that all the information above is correct and agreeing to all of the terms stated above.
