September 12th & 13th, 2026

Belle-Clair Fairgrounds, Belleville, IL

ENTRY FEE: 6’x8’ Space (room for 1 Table) ...$70 or 10’x12' Booth ...$150 Additional Charges: Tables (8x2) …….$10 Electric ……$15

1. Chairs will be furnished. Tables must be covered, boxes hidden, and use your own electric cord.

2. SET-UP TIME: Saturday the doors will open at 7:00am. You must claim your space by 9:00am or it can be resold. You must be in the building before the show opens at 10:00am.

3. NO DISPLAYS ARE TO BE REMOVED BEFORE 4:00PM ON SUNDAY. IF THIS IS NOT HONORED YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED TO RETURN IN 2026.

4. NO REFUNDS AFTER AUGUST 1ST, 2026.

5. You may not sublet your space to anyone without my permission.

6. A door prize would be appreciated, but not required.

7. Make checks payable to Kay Weber.

You may request up to 4 table spaces or up to 2 booths. While we will do our best to fulfill your request, it is not guarantee that you will receive it.

If you're selected to be in the vendor and craft show, you will be contacted with further instructions on payment.

It is mutually agreed that the Belleville Arts and Crafts Fair will not be held liable for any loss sustained by the exhibitor in any manner whatsoever. It is further mutually agreed that all the conditions enumerated above are made part of the contract. By signing and submitting this application, you are stating that all the information above is correct and agreeing to all of the terms stated above.
